Independent partners income is based on Bonus & residual income incentives. Partnering executives running 'Vision Manifest' offices compensation shall continue according to the compensation model. All employees shall receive partner based incentive compensation. Since, however, partners are encouraged to connect with only 5 partners then help their partners do what they have done, mass expansion is obtained by governing 1st 5 Quick Connections (QC) as a complete income generation strategy.  Where partners are functioning to accomplish personal goals, associated expenses are the partners responsibility. Where the organization, helping 1st 5 and/or other reps as well as company administration and/or beneficial organizational business operations, Select supplies, expenses, hardware and/or other financial request for office Administrative & other executive positions (where necessary), when representing organizational growth shall receive currency satisfaction from the organizations business network account. Reps are encouraged to pool percentage(s) when planning on accomplishing goals beneficial to expansion growth, however, travel, transportation, lodging and/or other EXPENSE REQUEST are considered when submitted.
